Who We Are

Welcome to Sequoia Autism Center

Sequoia Autism Center provides independent living skills and supports residential needs of individuals with Autism. Clients are taught skills in the natural environment to optimize Independence. All chores, community outings, meal planning, recreation and leisure activities will be centered around the individual client's interests, needs and skills. Sequoia Autism Center's policy is to ensure the safety and well being of our clients.

Clients will be supported to access transportation resources so that they can access their community as independently as possible. (Public transit, scheduling rides, etc)

Using a person centered planning tool, support clients to set up their program plan. This helps to fulfill an objective role on a client's team that is outside of regional center funded staff.

For families supporting their Son or daughter through a special needs trust. - Private funding for health check, program consultation, client assessment.

Direct Service

Independent living support staff, under the direction of the program Director, support staff will carry out program guidelines and support clients in their personal goals and support their through their daily activities.

$20–50/hour depending on experience
